According to the regulations laid by Govt. of India we are bound to collect these copies at the time of booking. You have to send all the copies by mail within 48 hours from booking time or your booking will be cancelled.
You have to send the payment, minimum 50% deposit of the total amount shown in the form plus 400/- extra per child between 5 to 15 years of age per day, within 24 hours from the time of booking (not from the time of check-in) or your booking will be cancelled.
Please remember: Booking is always on 1st come 1st serve basis. If you delay and within that time someone else would book the same room then your booking for the same room will be cancelled and you have to place a new booking according to the availability. The total booking procedure is automated, so once cancelled, it cannot be undone.
No. We don’t have any hidden fees. All charges are listed. But, some of the charges like charges for local cultural programme on demand, may vary, which will be informed on the spot and those programmes will be fixed upon customers’ consent.
The reservation receipt is system generated and it generates two copies, one remains in our system and another, the system sends to the client’s mail address. There is no need of showing us the print version, if you have the digital version in your mail and as long as you have access to it because you have to show it upon arrival. But, if you take a print of the receipt and keep it with you, it will be an extra precaution which will be always appreciated.

If you cancel your booking within 2 days from the booking date (not check-in date), 100% of the amount will be refunded. However, if the cancellation delays after 2 days, then 50% of the total amount will be refunded and after 15 days from the booking (not check-in date) no money will be refunded. In all the cases, Tax (@12% of the actual amount) will be deducted from the refund money.
No. We don’t have that policy yet. Though we have a refund policy which we have stated in our ‘Refund Policy’ statement.
As of now, we accept only Indian currency (INR).
In case of couples, only married couples are allowed. Couples have to send photos alongwith their individual Adhaar Card / Voter’s ID copies by mail at the time of booking. Without these documents we cannot accept any reservation. Upon arrival, the couple have to present their respective Adhaar Card / Voter’s ID (should be matched with the copies sent by the mail) at our office in the premises. Failing to do so, their reservation will be cancelled on the spot and the couple have to leave our premises immediately and their Reservation amount (whichever has been paid) will be forfeited. We may take legal steps if necessary.
Children below 5 years of age will not be charged. But above 5 years to 15 years 500/- extra per head will be charged and above 15 years, every person will be charged in full as per package.
Due to some limitations, we are unable to allow pets with customers.
Yes. You have to mention how many male, female and children are coming. Regarding children, how many below five and how many between 5yrs to 15yrs of age. Please mention these in the ‘Notes’ section in the booking form.
