Frequently Asked Questions

1. Click on ‘Enquiry’ menu at the top of the page.
2. Click on ‘Our Rooms’.
3. Choose your room & click on ‘view details’ beside that room.
4. Click on ‘Book Now’.
5. Select your ‘check-in date’ & ‘check-out date’ and number of ‘Adults’ & ‘Children’.
6. Click on ‘check availability’.
7. Check the availability of your desired room and select number of rooms you need from the option-box below that room details.
8. Then click on the ‘Book’ button below your desired room name & then ‘Confirm Reservation’.
9. Now fill-up the final booking form. You have to select all the ‘required'(*) options.
10. In case of ‘no child’, select ‘0’ (Zero) in the ‘Children below 5 yrs’ section, otherwise the system would not be able to calculate properly and wrong amount will show.
11. After filling all the booking options, check the price breakup by clicking the + (plus sign) in the ‘Price Breakdown’ section.
12. Then fill out ‘Your Information’ section and mention number of children below 5 years and/or children between 5 years to 15 years in the ‘Notes’ at the end of the form. (For details in couple, child & pet policies, please see the ‘Policy’ section below).
13. Click on the box beside ‘Terms and Conditions’ (Click on ‘Terms and Conditions’ to see it in details). If you don’t tick on that box, you will not be able to finish the reservation process.
14. Click on ‘Finish’. You will see your ‘Booking Details’ and ‘Payment Details’ and the bank account details where you have to send your payment.

According to the regulations laid by Govt. of India we are bound to collect these copies at the time of booking. You have to send all the copies by mail within 48 hours from booking time or your booking will be cancelled.

You have to send the payment, minimum 50% deposit of the total amount shown in the form plus 400/- extra per child between 5 to 15 years of age per day, within 24 hours from the time of booking or your booking will be cancelled.
Please remember: Booking is always on 1st come 1st serve basis. If you delay and within that time someone else would book the same room then your booking for the same room will be cancelled and you have to place a new booking according to the availability. The total booking procedure is automated, so once cancelled, it cannot be undone.
